At greenmeta.club, we take pride in the quality and freshness of our microgreens. We 100% guarantee the quality and freshness of our products and will issue a refund for any product returned due to quality or freshness.

Return Policy:

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order to initiate a refund or exchange. Please send an email to [email protected] and include a picture of the product in question, along with your email and phone number.  If the product was a home delivery, we may request a pick up of the damaged product before issuing a refund.

To initiate an exchange, please send an email to [email protected] and include a picture of the product in question, along with your email and phone number. If the product was a home delivery, we may request a pick up of the damaged product before issuing a refund.

Refund Policy:

In any case, refunds will be issued within 24-48 hours after the claim is approved. Please note that all returns and exchanges are at greenmeta's discretion. Digital product sales, including but not limited to ebooks, courses, and videos, are final.

Non-Perishable items Return Policy:

Non-perishable items are eligible for a 30 day money-back guarantee. If damage occurs due to normal use, or if the product arrives damaged in any way, we will issue a refund. If the product is sealed and in new condition, we will also take it back within 30 days of ordering. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense, and the refund will be issued within 24 hours of receiving the product. All returns are at our discretion.
